Writing My Own Song Chorus - SLJ

 Todays Activity on SLJ was to write my own song chorus . I listen to this incredible song written and performed by Mangere College students called " Rise Up ". They talk about their school, pride in themselves and rising up to achieve great things in their lives.

I was told to try and do my own song chorus .

And we will grow and reach the mountains,

 And will grow and reach the stars ,

Life is a mystery and we learn about our histories we will reach our goals in the end, 

Life is like a book with chapters within it and we will grow to learn our differences. 

These lyrics are about how you grow up and there are just rough times and you push yourself to

reach your goal ,our lives is just like a book where you learn about you family history and how you

are the new chapter and growing up with peoples differences as in your culture and religion.

These lyrics means how big we grow and how life is like a mystery ahead of you.
